Ensuring of the serial production quality

Product quality of the serial production is ensured via technology process requirements with the work instruction and precise requirements for proper packaging, checked according control plan or PQP and documented with control documents of specified symbols (variable, attributive) aimed to secure steering process. All of quality product documents are recorded and managed via software Palstat CAQ for quality management support and  customer patterns based on requirement. Husqvarna Manufacturing CZ s.r.o. effort is to set process which offers perfect products with zero defect strategy.  

Management and quality control

In 1996 year Husqvarna Manufacturing CZ s.r.o. was certificated with TÜV CERT including ISO 9001 certificate. This certificate was proved each year by control audit. In April 2003 had been executed re-audit according ISO 9001:2000. Growing competitive market with increasing pressure for cost savings and high quality requirements represent basic criteria of all our actions directed towards to aim – CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Within continuous quality improvement process of our company we achieved ISO TS 16949 certification in 2007 year and ISO 14001 in 2011

We want to be supplier who proves to deliver products permanently:

  • in the required quality
  • in the requested delivery dates
  • within the acceptable prices

Plus will be able to respond to changes flexibly in performance, quality, volumes and deliveries on time. These basic principles contained Husqvarna Manufacturing CZ s.r.o. quality conception.

Ensuring of quality of initial samples is documented:

  • reference samples produced according to serial production for visual and performance assessment
  • measuring report including established and real figures verified via 3D touchscreen measuring machine LK or 3D optical scanner Atos, or 3D optical machine Mittutoyo eventually
  • material datasheet based on approved certificates from high quality resin supplier data sheets
  • PQP documentation for example FMEA, Flow chart, SPC, control plan and other documents according customer requirements
